The present General Terms and Conditions govern the use of the “www.metroscope.tech” website (hereinafter the “Site”).
In accordance with the law, we invite you to read these terms of use (hereinafter the “Terms”). These Terms relate to your legal rights and responsibilities applicable from the moment you use this Site.
The Site is made available to you for your personal use, subject to compliance with the Terms defined below.

Respect for privacy

However, they cannot guarantee that this information is complete, nor that it will not be modified by a third party (hacking, viruses). Personal data management
In order to meet the needs of its visitors and users, METROSCOPE may collect personal information about them, processed by computer, during their navigation on the Site.

User’s rights
In accordance with the European regulations in force, users have the following rights:
Right of access (article 15 GDPR) and rectification (article 16 GDPR), updating, data completeness;
Right to erase data (Article 17 GDPR) when they are inaccurate, incomplete, ambiguous, out of date, or whose collection, use, communication or storage is prohibited (learn more);

Right to define the fate of users’ and customers’ data after their death and to choose to whom METROSCOPE will communicate (or not) this data to a previously designated third party. As such, as soon as METROSCOPE becomes aware of the death of a user and failing instructions from it, METROSCOPE undertakes to destroy its data, unless their retention is necessary for evidential purposes or to meet a legal obligation (such as the retention of elements relating to the commercial relationship between METROSCOPE and a customer).
To exercise their rights of opposition, access, modification and deletion to the data concerning them, to define instructions concerning the fate of their data after their death, and in particular to designate a person who will be responsible for executing these instructions to METROSCOPE, METROSCOPE users and customers may send a message to the address indicated in the “legal information” section.
Users and customers must indicate in their request which personal data they would like METROSCOPE to correct, update or delete. All applications must be accompanied by a copy of the applicant’s identity document (valid identity card or passport). Requests for deletion are, however, subject to the obligations imposed by law on METROSCOPE, particularly with respect to the retention or archiving of documents.
Users and customers can file a complaint with the French competent supervisory authorities, and in particular with the CNIL (https://www.cnil.fr/fr/plaintes/).
Applicable Law
If for any reason a court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision of these Terms to be invalid, the invalidity of that provision shall not affect in any way the validity of the remainder of the Terms, which shall remain in full force and effect.
The Site is governed by French law. These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with French law. Foreign visitors accessing the Site must ensure compliance with locally applicable laws.
